Important Terms & Conditions

• The outdoor swimming pool is open to members during its operational period from April till November each year, valid for the duration of the opted plan
• Services of the pool can be used for a maximum of 90 minutes (1.5 hours) per day per membership, with a maximum of 12 swimmers allowed in the pool at any time
• A prior reservation / slot booking is required to avoid waiting time
• Entry for guests along with members is strictly prohibited, except for one parent/guardian accompanying children below 12 years for safety
• Children below 8 years are permitted to use the pool till 7:00 PM only and must be accompanied by parents
• Appropriate swimwear is mandatory, and swimming caps must be worn by individuals with long hair
• No extraneous objects (floats, toys, gadgets), personalized music, or self-singing are permitted in or around the pool area
• Photography is strictly prohibited in the pool area
• Carrying or consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited; members under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed entry
• Food & Beverages must be sourced from specified hotel outlets only
• A photo ID card is required for Splash Membership
• Membership validity will not be extended for periods when the pool is closed for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances
• Diving into the pool is prohibited; management assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained in or around the pool
• Members are responsible for the safe custody of their personal valuables
• Ramada Hotel Management reserves the right to decline membership without assigning any reason
